Exhibition Performances

The Senators are available to offer exhibition performances which range from "Master Classes" to "Workshops". We have four distinct sections to the Corps:

We can feature all of these sections as a whole or individually, and we can adapt an exhibition performance to meet the needs of the individual promoter.

We were asked to perform at the Royal Northern College of Music's "Day of Percussion" held at the RNCM in Manchester. This event, held annually, showcases all types of percussion and has featured world famous percussionists such as Evelyn Glennie, Ney Rosauro and Dave Weckl.

The brief was to present an hour long "Master Class" on marching percussion to the students and audience of the RNCM. We spent time explaining the intricacies, techniques and ethos’s behind our contribution to percussive music. We also made the presentation interactive by inviting audience participation and rounded the event off with a full performance of our Indoor Percussion Ensemble show "The Devil went down to Georgia".

We also provided a "Clinic" presentation when we performed with the Band and Bugles of the Light Division at Winchester in Hampshire. In addition to this we have also provided "Workshops" for Local Education Authorities as part of our mission to entertain and educate.

The Senators are available for exhibition performances and workshops, please contact us via email or the online-form for more information.
